• It is a rare treat to find a restaurant in this size city where the intelligence and craftsmanship of the chef is so keenly displayed. Everything we tried at this restaurant was delicious. Moreover, each plate and item were carefully thought out and well prepared. The restaurant is in the downtown entertainment district of Pensacola, so if there are events, the restaurant can get crowded. I suggest making reservations in any case. My wife says this is one of her most memorable places to eat in the world. The restaurant is excellent and I look forward to many happy returns.

  • My boyfriend’s first time at a tapas restaurant and he loved it! We are from Chicago and I can tell you that we have a high standard for food. Some of the dishes we tried (and LOVED) were the brochettes, shrimp cheesecake, shrimp mac & cheese, meatballs, and pork tenderloins. Yes, we had a lot! But all of these dishes were amazing! We were so excited about the food, we just kept ordering!!! The brochettes were so tender! And the atmosphere of this restaurant is definitely romantic chic. I would recommend that your dress nice to fit in with the “ambience” of the restaurant.

  • My wife and I have been to The Global Grill many times and have had almost everything on the menu at least once. The food is probably the best in Pensacola. The location and atmosphere are great. For the area the prices are high. My dinner bills for two people have ranged from about $80 to $120. I would recommend one make a reservation as it can be crowded. On one of our earlier visits our server messed up my order. I ordered steak and was served beef tips. The manager apologized and gave the option of taking the beef tips or waiting 15 minutes for the steak but either way it was on the house. I feel like they went above and beyond to make our dinner great. Highly Recommend.

  • We made our first visit to Global Grill prior to Robin Williams’ performance at the Sarnger Theater. We had to wait a little bit at the bar but it was worth the wait. We had a Cesar salad, a roast duck salad, crab cakes and seared tuna. It was all delicious, with gourmet preparation and presentation. The sauces and dressings were inventive, and everything was perfectly cooked. For desert we had a chocolate cake with pecan ice cream. The cake was like a gooey brownie, and served warm, with basil on top. Service, atmosphere and location were outstanding. We’ll be back – with reservations (the “save a table” kind).
